For a portrait along the same lines as the ones you can find here, which is to say mostly my choice based on some inspiration you give, and some decent quality selfies/photos, about the same size ~3300px tall or wide depending on portrait/landscape dimensions, or something that might print out very nicely on an 11"x14" page: I charge about 300$. Depending on requests, additional size requirements, style, etc. that price might increase or decrease.
Dude, these are free. You're welcome to submit photos for my next portrait series, maybe try a little harder with photo quality/inspiration ideas. If you harass me about it you're really never ever getting one. If you need one or you might die you can see the answer above.
I spend anywhere from 4-12 hours doing each of these. Even if I speed paint your shit, that's still less then you've ever paid a tattooer. You're welcome to go buy your own very expensive digital art supplies and make your own.
Mostly an iPad Pro with Procreate app and an Apple Pencil. Sometimes additional elements are added in Adobe Photoshop on my computer.
If your design doesn't contain copyrighted elements (i.e. you wanted to be a Jedi) you can get it off my Redbubble, maybe my Teepublic, and most likely it's in print format on my Deviantart. Each of the portraits under the portrait section of my site have links to where you can find them for purchase.
